Having worked in the auto business, I am on to the gimmicks and tricks that dealers pull on customers. This is the most transparent and painless transaction I have had in Florida. A simple call to Ed Santiago to discuss a new lease and we drove away a few days later in our 2025 Outback. The car was nicely detailed and my wife loved the beautiful pearl white paint with ivory leather interior. The sales manager introduced himself (Eli Eid) and said he would do what it would take to make a deal. He was true to his word. I would highly recommend Subaru of Westley Chapel if you are looking for great experience. I hope the service department meets the same criteria and offers great service. Time will tell.
Had appointment to see a car. Was told that the car would be there. So, we drove 1.5 hrs+/-to the dealership. When we arrived, we were told the car was out for a test drive. That was OK, they had a good deal on the car. After a couple of hours and several assurances the car is on the way, we learned the car had been let out as a loaner for the day. The salesman did let us try another, identical vehicle. But it was not the one we came to see. Test driving a car that was not the one we were there for and being reassured it was identical is nothing short of a switch and bait scheme. While we waited, he started doing purchase paperwork for a vehicle we had not seen or driven. Our test drive in the other car was about 1 mile. I guess he thought a 1 mile test drive in a car we were not interested in was going to persuade us to sign paperwork for the fictional car. Which led us to believe, this fictional car, has some serious issues. We sat there for 2 hours, had enough of his xx and left when he made another trip to get another fictional ETA of said car. We will NEVER set foot on there property again.
I’ve been the proud owner of Subaru models for over 30 years, buying Subaru cars from numerous dealerships until now. I bought my last Subaru from Subaru of Wesley Chapel in Florida. Without question Subaru of Wesley Chapel has been the Best Overall Experience I have ever had when purchasing and servicing our Subaru’s. Kudos to the Best Assistant Service Advisor Justin Heiser out there. He consistently provides exceptional above and beyond customer service. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure you are a valued customer and not simply a transaction. Thanks to Justin and Zack, I will remain a loyal Subaru customer for Subaru of Wesley Chapel.
