Being an out-of-state buyer, he made the process very easy taking care of paperwork, and even the shipment of the vehicle in an enclosed trailer! All while being very professional and pleasant when answering all of my questions and inquiries along the way. I worked with Bret over the phone since I purchased my vehicle from out of state. Bret was super helpful and answered all of my questions and provided all the extra pictures and videos of the vehicle that I asked for. He also set up shipping and stayed on top of that as well. I had a minor issue with the vehicle when it arrived but Bret went above and beyond to make the fix and I feel like the dealership backed him up on that. I’ve had a lot of bad dealer experiences but would definitely recommend Performance Luxury Sport.
