I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.
