After my first contact with a man named Bill, who reached out to me via text after I inquired about my trade, I was encouraged — not pressured in any way — to consider a trade of my old Mitsubishi. I set up an appointment and spoke with Bill before I came in for a test drive. I then worked with a young man named Dima. He went over the car completely and took me on a test drive. I was treated with respect and kindness from the point of my first contact via text to my arrival at the dealership to the test drive and then to going over the final cost without any price haggling. I was even patiently helped with connecting my phone to the car before I left. All of my interactions with Dima and Bill (and a man who handled the final financing whose name escapes me) were professional and part of what keeps me coming back to Mitsubishi. I was treated with complete respect throughout the process. This is my third new Mitsubishi and because of people treating me as did Bill and Demi and the others, I recommend Mitsubishi to others.
