I know Covert is a big name in Austin, but they treated me like a familiar neighbor. Tyler Zito and team spent a good amount of time with my teenage daughter finding the right car for her - and they did at a fair market price. I like that they're local. Their/Tyler's follow-up has been fantastic. When it comes time for another car, I will not hesitate to return.

Bryan was awesome. honest, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help out. we loved that he is bilingual. When its time to change vehicles we hope he still there. he did a very good job!! The finance manager, the very tall one. he was amazing too. The manager we saw last during the options packages. he too was awesome. CCDJ RAM BC was good. Restrooms were clean. we loved the coffee machine. it is unfortunate that buying a vehicle takes so long, but it is what is its. however snacks would have been welcomed :) . we got there around noon-ish and left around 730 pm. we loved the fact that the dealership always has plenty of inventory and there's always some one staying in touch. That's why made it our preferred dealership even thou is and hour and half away from our home.
