I had an appointment for an engine light. I didn’t like that it takes 72 hours for diagnostics, but in the end everything turned out great. Thanks to Beth Cavanagh the required part was expedited to meet my urgency, and Beth also got involved with Ram Customer Service to take care of my rental car.

Obi was great to work with, listened to my concerns and was able to address them. He was in constant contact with me during the process. Upon arrival he greeted me and showed me the vehicle.
