I bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership on 02/10/2025. Exactly 60 days later my alternator went out, upon having this fixed a light came on in the dash “forward collision warning”. They prompted me to take the vehicle to the Hyundai dealership, where I was told it has been wrecked in the front end. This was never disclosed to me prior to buying this vehicle. Now they refuse to fix the vehicle. I purchased a warranty “the best they offer”. $4,500 on a warranty they are saying will not cover this to be fixed. I am highly displeased and would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. $2600 in damages I did not cause to this vehicle. It was sold to me in this condition. It is not safe to drive and I have 2 small children. They were aware of this situation and have showed absolutely no compassion. It should be their responsibility to fix this vehicle seeing as they clearly did not do a 360 inspection upon selling it.

The response of the salesman was great. He had good communication and gave me extra pictures. Called me immediately after I showed interest. The dealership itself is the problem, 31k for a rusted out ride. Market to above market for a rust bucket. I would rate them 3 stars for being out of their minds on pricing.
