I was vacationing in SLC, UT, from Houston, TX, when I stopped by SLV Buick to preview the 2025 Buick Enclave. I had no intention of purchasing the vehicle; my goal was to review the trim and colors. Working with Geo was also a positive experience. He was friendly and thorough, ensuring we had all the information we needed. When we found our ideal car, we prepared for the usual long wait and expected upselling during the finance process. To our surprise, none of that occurred. We were promptly invited in, all charges were clearly explained, and we were finished in about one hour.
Finally, we were introduced to the Sales manager Amer, and then shown to our new 24 Buick Enclave. We love the car and are delighted with how smooth and enjoyable the entire purchasing experience was.
My wife and I went in to just kind of look around and wound up purchasing a new GMC truck.. The first thing I noticed was the fact that we walked in and were immediately greeted by our salesman Sean. He was very friendly and very helpful. First thing he did was ask us what we wanted in a truck. What we were going to ;use it for and when we let him know he went to work looking for the best fit for us. A few hours later we walked out with our new truck. The process was very simple financing was great and we were very pleased.
When we arrived at Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC, Ben Beuhler greeted us and made us feel welcome. He listened and responded knowledgeably and made appropriate suggestions about available cars that would fit our wants and needs. We never felt pressured in any way and prices were transparent. We also worked with Brandon Dodd whom we found to be friendly and thorough. When we found the car we wanted we dreaded the typical long wait to see the finance manager and braced ourselves for up sales and playing hide and go seek with unexpected charges. But it didn’t happen. We were quickly invited in and were shown all charges in a very clear manner and were out the door in about 10 minutes. After we were introduced to the service manager we were taken to our new ‘22 Buick Envision. We love the car and were pleasantly surprised by the purchasing experience.
