My 77 year old mother, who has purchased several Jeeps through this dealership, took her vehicle in to get the air worked on. The guy who checked her in told her it was probably the controls. She felt offended and felt like he treated her as if she was a stupid old woman. She asked if they could rotate the tires while they had her Jeep, and they told her they didn't have the time. They have had her Jeep for over a week now. Due to the fact that they did not contact her the 1st few days they had her vehicle, she had to call them several times to find out what was going on. They never offered her vehicle back while they were waiting on a part. Also, I found out that when they rotate tires, they charge their Jeep customers. I did not even want to give them one star, but you can't submit this review without at least one star filled in! Super Poor Customer Service!

I just wanted to leave a review on here I took my 2018 ram in to have my radio looked at and they even checked the air in my tires and they lost one of my valve stems caps and at frist they said they make it good with me and now they said they don’t have it and can’t do nothing about it so now they just lied to me and I will not go back to them that’s all they had to do is make it good and get me one for it and the ones I have on there I had special order and now I only have 3 on my truck now

Was directed to factory authorized dealer to affect factory recall of brakes and ABS. 2 months later on a test drive the car died and they couldn't get it started after repeatedly trying. They checked coolant but not oil. Upon my own inspection, I found OVER 6 QUARTS OF OIL/COOLANT IN CRANKCASE. One of their mechanics said don't even try to start it with that much oil in engine. Now partly due to some modifications from stock, they refuse to repair it even if I paid for it! I guess I should take my Chrysler Town and Country to a Honda or Toyota dealer for repairs?! So I guess their factory trained master mechanics couldn't find the dip stick to check the oil in 2 months. Very sloppy work! Irresponsible dealership. Don't believe any of their hype about family owned or excellent service. Zero integrity!

Poor service center experience that resulted in my total loss of my factory warranty and extended warranty. Their claim the modifications a Blowoff valve to my turbo caused added horsepower and torque that resulted in the failure of my rear differential and starter starting to fail. They kept my vehicle for 2 days lied about calling me that it was ready. They claimed that it's not there fault but the decision to eliminate my warranty comes down from the corporate office of FCA. but this isn't true I've heard this many times over the Internet that it is from the dealership that marks the Restriction only they can lift it so it was them that did this not the corporation only the corporation follow their lead on this matter so again they continue to lie to me about this. the Magnuson Moss Act protect my rights they have to prove that whatever modifications were put on the vehicle say modified exhaust or anything else would have to be a direct result to the part that failed not result in and completely eliminating my whole warranty.
