BUYERS BEWARE!! If you value honesty, integrity, and your hard-earned money, STAY FAR AWAY FROM NAVARRE CHRYSLER, JEEP, DODGE, RAM. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks who lie to sell vehicles and disappear when problems arise. We bought a 2023 Ram from Navarre Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and this has been the most infuriating car-buying experience of our lives! The truck was advertised and sold to us as having no accidents and being "like new." Based on these claims, we drove over 7 hours to purchase it. Once we got the truck home and started washing it, we discovered significant hidden damage to the roof. The antenna was smashed into the roof, causing dents and scratches along the sunroof. This wasn’t recent damage—there was visible rust in the creases where the paint had chipped, proving this issue had existed long before we bought it. We paid $56,000 for what we were led to believe was a pristine vehicle. Instead, we got a damaged truck that had clearly been misrepresented. Since then, we’ve called the sales rep and sales manager countless times and sent detailed pictures of the damage. Each time, we were promised that someone would call us back, but it has now been over two months and we’ve received NO RESPONSE. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and deceitful. They sold us a damaged truck under false pretenses and have completely ignored their responsibility to make it right. It’s clear they only care about making a quick sale and couldn’t care less about their customers once the money is in their hands. Not to mention they keep our refund for overpayment registration. Shame on this dealership for such unethical practices!
