The dealership was great, but Kathy was awesome! She was very attentive to my needs, anxieties, and made me feel at ease. She was very professional and made this experience not so stressful. We got along great. And although she is young, she is amazing at her job. She’s a keeper! I hope Heritage knows what a gem they have in Kathy!

So at the end of the day Heritage Toyota is where you want to go get your new car. Make sure you see Tyler Day. He’s been great from start to finish to even a month later he really cares about his customers and makes sure you’re not left unsatisfied. I had some issues with the car following my initial purchase that was somewhat brushed off by one employee (don’t know name) while Tylers first response was how he going to make it right. We will be back for our next purchase. The finance guy Arnulfo could work on his communication better but he got us through the process quickly. Great experience overall!
