Everyone is polite, knowledgeable and relaxed. The atmosphere is without the pressure I’ve experienced at other dealers.
Overall, we had a good experience with the salesperson who helped us. Our only complaint was that he was over-committed to making what he called his "sales pitch." He knew the car we considered trading in was a 2018 Audi All Road, but he ignored the fact that it had most of the features of the new model we were considering. On the positive side, Devon was very personable and sincere.
