Be careful dealing with this dealership and making deals. I had a deal in place for a used vehicle. Spoke to their finance manager Wendy and we were to finalize paperwork Monday when she got back into office. They said I didn’t need to give a deposit. No one calls me when they were supposed to Monday, I text and try and call but no one answered. I finally get a hold of the manager and he tells me they sold the car. Nothing he could do for me. Also ended up with a ding to my credit by trying to help them out by financing rather than pay cash.

Poor communication skills in the service department. Made an early appointment so my car would be completed in time to finish afternoon errands. Never called until closing time to say it was completed. I called at noon for an update. Was told they’d call when completed.

False advertising. I Drove over 4 hours to look at a car that was trashed.

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.
