My wife & I were looking for another car for her, we had decided on a Nissan Murano after she drove one at another dealer where we could just make the deal work. We then went to another dealer in Sanford to look at another --This turned out to be a horror show. I then found a Murano that looked good so I called and spoke to Matthew @ Drivers Mart & let him know we were coming the next afternoon. When we arrived he had already brought the car around for us to look at, we looked it over & took a test drive-Everything went smoothly. I already knew the price as they are a set price dealership ( which I love) We sat down he looked at our trade in ( a 2003 Buick Rendezvous that was way past it's sell by date) & offered us what I felt was a fair price for the trade in. --This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in a car dealership. --Everything was straight forward with no hidden fee's etc. ( there is a dealer fee, tax, tag & title but this is everywhere). We were in & out in less then 2 hours & driving home in the new to us Murano. I cannot stress enough how enjoyable this purchasing experience was, unlike those you can expect from many dealerships. Matthew & Abram were informative & willing and able to answer any questions we had. --Granted we were an easy sale--We knew what we wanted & we knew the price going in & we were a cash deal. I picked a car from their website. Mario Ataalla was quick to respond back to me stating vehicle was still available. Mario texted me several times to set up a time to see the car. As soon as I walked into the showroom, Mario was there to greet me. The buying process was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Mario....he is knowledgeable and accommodating.
