Great service! Nikki and Libby always get me in and out as quickly as they can and the guys in the shop are always willing to answer what ever questions I have!
One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My car was a mess and needed a deep clean, as I am selling it. Libby explained the options to me, and we agreed upon a price, and she even arranged pick up and delivery for me, which was a tremendous help. When the job was finished and the car brought back to me, I was shocked at how clean they were able to get it; it was a mess. The young man who delivered it was very polite. Also, the car has a blower motor problem, and Libby recommended a Nissan person who might be able to work on it. An extremely pleasant experience with your company. I will call Libby's supervisor and thank him personally.
Scheduled oil change. Technician suggested tire rotation at same time and advised need for 2 new tires. Service center will provide free tire rotation if tires purchased through them.
Timely scheduling. Timely response. The pricing was within usual guidelines for oil change and tire rotation.
