Big selection of cars. Very friendly and outgoing people. Both the sales manager and the sales person were very helpful. The downside is that it is a big dealership with lots of cars. The delivery and sales work was, er, effective on the third or fourth try.
Mike Marshall, my initial contact, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous as was Karla Mata who handled the rest of a great experience in selecting/purchasing a vehicle. She listened intently to my needs and budget and then made appropriate recommendations, explaining in detail. No pressure. No drama. No surprises. I am thoroughly happy with my vehicle choice!
