Purchased a Porsche Cayman from Wally and had the car for 2 months now. The car has been great and was everything as advertised. I left a deposit and in 2 weeks the car was shipped to my doorstep. Wally and Chad were both very helpful through out the process. If you are looking for a unique vehicle these guys definitely have the inventory. Thanks GPM!
At first, I asked Wally for a buyers order to see what I would need to finance the car and the price went up $7,000 and I immediately told him I was no longer interested. For the next three weeks I received a daily text phone call and email asking if I was still interested in the car. All of which I ignored until I got annoyed that this was not going to stop but then after after a short conversation the car was no longer $7,000 over what they were asking for it and we came to an agreement. I filled out all the paperwork, sent out the check and as soon as they received it everything came to a halt. And not just the speed of booking the driver and sending out the car but communication in answering very simple reasonable questions. Once the car arrived it was absolutely filthy and not just from regular shipping. The body was surprisingly clean after being on the back of a truck for 2500 miles. There was built up brake dust and caked in sand on the wheels and the interior had spilled drinks and micro trash on the majority of the interior surfaces. Not that I'm that annoyed by it just in complete disbelief they would put a $164k (MSRP) car on the show room floor looking like that. Within the first 24 hours it was already popping maintenance codes but luckily covered by warranty. The maintenance report showed the issue had been there long before I ever got the car so it's not like they didn't already know about it. After a month I received all the documents needed to register the vehicle all of which I had been charged for the dealer to do. It did get eventually refunded but the initial response was I wasn't billed for that. I received 2 key fobs, one for my car 2020 Alpina B7 and one for a 2018 M760i. I asked if they wouldn't mind trying to find the other vehicle key since both vehicle went through thier vehicle network and the only answer I got was they did the best they could with the vehicle description. I specifically asked if the car had two keys and I received one key and one I couldn't use thay did me no good. (As a security measure, BMW key fobs can only be written once.) So then I asked for a simple reimbursement of $500 for the other key FOB and after a month I received no response.
