I am left feeling frustrated because it wasn’t until I was on my home that I found out that my battery had tested below specifications. While I understand that I didn’t receive the technician’s video directly, due to it being sent to my wife rather than me. I believe that when I was checking out with the service advisor, it should have been mentioned! Along with the dirty air filters which aren’t as dire, but still important.
Service experience was great. They were ready at my appointment time. Set clear expectations of work to be done and the time it would take. Received a text with a nice walk around video of the car.
I was treated very well by the service person. He listened well to my concerns. I was offered a shuttle to where I was planning to go that day. Everything was explained to me after the work was completed and actually I received updates by text of the work going on. The car has driven well since the service
I was here for a few hours and eventually got the deal I went in for. Misleading prices on their website get people through the door and then additional "optional" fees are added on, which are not really optional. After hours of deliberating, my original deal was accepted, which made it seem like I wasted a few hours. In the end, I am happy with my purchase and will be returning for service, since it is included in my purchase.
The dealership was clean. Everyone was so helpful. They did a great job on my car.
