This dealer is awesome. They have amazing customer service in the service department. The Service Manager, Frank goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smooth with your car. Chris, one of the service advisors, makes sure your appointment is on time and that everything is ready when you arrive. Also, Lee greeted me when I arrived for service and already knew why I was there for and he made sure that I knew where I had to go while I was waiting for my car and that everything went well and directed me to my loaner car I would definitely recommend this dealer for anyone that needs service, whether you have a VW or any other brand of vehicles.
