Always easy to get in and out of the dealership. Friendly and efficient customer service.
I am greeted with kindness and respect the moment I enter the service department at Jeff Belzer’s Jeep. The lounge is clean and the coffee is great here. The cashier is a gem, as is everyone in the service department. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like a family. I am sorry I didn’t make my vehicle purchase here. But I have become a faithful service customer and look forward to buying my next Jeep at Jeff Belzer’s Roseville Jeep. Thank you for treating me like family, not like someone to be tolerated.
The service was very good. Took less than a half hour for oil change and tire rotation. Very pleased and Tim was very nice to work with

I’m from out of state but he was able to answer all my questions and send whatever photos and videos requested. I hate going to dealerships but wouldn’t hesitate if I had to interact with him again. An educated team looking out for the best interest of their clientele. With their workmanship, and the way they operate, they would be a great first, and last stop. you might be encouraged to buy a vehicle knowing your not just a paycheck. As they say,” they price cars , not people..” that is , just people looking for solution to our problem.

We were very pleased with the color he recommended and install results. Henry Bergman was also fantastic on review of all electronic features on our new vehicle and registering us on the Jeep app.
