My husband and I went up to Jenkins Genesis merely to do a test drive. Our intention was to test drive a Genisis SUV and a few other cars that day, but not make any purchases. But first of all, we fell in love with the car, and we never left the dealership to test drive any other options. Dylan was our sales rep and he was outstanding. He was highly professional, accommodating, definitely not high pressure at all. Just a very nice young man! I was ready to invite him over for dinner with his family! LOL! He was training a new Sales Rep, Anyelik Perez. She was also very helpful and professional. everything went very smoothly, including all the paperwork, the financing, and the follow up after the sale was excellent. The dealership itself is beautiful and I love the coffee machine, a nice park. My experience with Jenkins Genesis was a 10 out of 10! And Dylan is the best. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car go see him. Over the years I have dreaded buying a new car, which is why I keep my cars for a long time. But Dylan made it extremely easy and I’m very happy with the outcome. The car is fantastic.
