This was a big decision and the team helped me each step of the way.
I sent an email yesterday, July 21, at 4:54 PM to Mr. Chen and Victor Forchue requesting the removal of additional products—a 10-year extended warranty and 5 years of prepaid maintenance—from the financing. I asked that we proceed with only the base vehicle price, taxes, title, and required fees, as those add-ons would increase my monthly payment, which I had already discussed with Victor during the purchase last Saturday. Mr. Chen and Victor called me this morning by 10:00 AM, and we met shortly afterward. During our meeting, they presented a resolution that was better than what we had concluded last Saturday. I am somewhat satisfied with their proposed solution and appreciated their effort to address my concerns. I have since received confirmation that the agreed-upon changes will be implemented. That’s good service, and I’m glad we were able to reach a fair outcome.

Overall I had a great experience with Jimmy he was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Excellent service, the kindness here is consistent throughout the staff, and it is a place that you can trust. I was cared for throughout the process, and received real advice that guided my decision, to a positive end. There is a bit of a hierarchy in the sales team, because Bre is the best there is.
