Carlos V was so personable through our test drive and overall entire experience. We had been so stressed out with our car situation and felt like other dealerships were not it. Carlos came out and immediately acted like a friend. Working night shift, I was not able to pick up my car and he personally had it delivered to my home for when I woke up for work it would be there. Woodhouse was our best experience and we will be returning in the future. Thank you Carlos :)
