Took my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera to Porsche Tampa today for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured their new building, new service bays, sales showroom, plush waiting areas and an indoor showroom of new and resale vehicles on the second level, ultra modern all the way. I also spoke with my sales person, Robert Kearney, the individual responsible for helping me with my first Porsche purchase. The service work was completed in less time than indicated. Mike went over everything that was done and the additional items that would be serviced next year. I was also helped by Eric Kozula with some technical issues I had questions about. Even though the dealership was quite busy, Eric took the time to solve my questions. I have nothing but admiration for everyone at this dealership. 11/10 Experience with Porsche Tampa, and a huge thank you to Eric Kozuh! I had been looking to trade in my vehicle for a 4x4 SUV for quite some time. We stumbled upon a gently used Lexus GX460 located here. We live about 3.5 hours away in Amelia Island, but the pricing on this flawless vehicle was too hard to pass and well worth the drive. Upon first communication, Eric quickly met and exceeded our expectations as (long distance) buyers. He cut straight to the point in negotiating final numbers, had my trade in value secured, and even stood in the rain to give us a virtual tour of the vehicle to go over every single inch of the car before making the drive. I was able to place a (refundable deposit) on the car, and received a soft copy of the bill of sale/trade in before heading to Tampa. When I arrived in Tampa, the vehicle was detailed, gassed, and ready to go. Eric and Ed (finance) had everything in order. There were zero surprises on the dealership’s end, very smooth transaction, all numbers were as promised. Buying a used vehicle (and a non-Porsche), I felt the team treated me with just as much respect and enthusiasm as someone spending 3-4x. I am over the moon for my new ride, and my husband can’t wait to visit Eric again soon to pick out a Porsche!

After reviewing several car models I chose the Porsche 911 Carrera. I chose Eric Baumann from the sales team. Great choice! All of my questions and concerns were addressed through messenger. When I arrived at the dealership to place my order all pricing and fees were the same as quoted. The following day Eric notified me that the dealership had received an allocation for a 911 Carrera and my order was placed. Car to be delivered in June. This has been a great experience, I feel like a valued customer.

Driving from Monthomery, AL to Odessa, Fl, we encountered difficulties after we crossed into Florida. Temp gauge went to the max and a red warning light came on. We stopped, checked the coolant, which was down. We added just over a gallon, let the car sit and cool down, and then got back in the road. We got gas in Perry and there were no problems. When we got near Weeki Watchee the temp gauge maxed out again. We stopped in a lighted parking lot, checked the fluids, and called the insurance company, who dispatched a wrecker. Within an hour a wrecker had the car loaded, and was enroute to Tampa. Our son drove from Odessa and picked us up. The next day we received a call from Ryan, the service advisor. We provided him with the history and he said they'd get on it. They actually worked on the car Thanksgiving day, and the mechanic sent a video showing not only the main problem, but several other items that needed to be addressed. Most pressing was the failed water pump, so we gave the go ahead to take care of it. We wnt to the dealership the next day, and everyone we met and spoke with were very helpful. One young man asked if we'd like the car washed, so while we were taking care of the paperwork, he had the car cleaned, inside and out. We are extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, and customer service attitude of the employees at the dealership and have already decided that "We'll be back!!" Thank you to Ryan and his co-workers for the customer service and can-do attitude - especially on Thanksgiving day!
