This was my first visit to Riverside Subaru and I was really impressed with Wayne and the entire process of searching for and purchasing a vehicle. He was low pressure which I appreciate and knowledgeable about the vehicles.
I shopped around at other Subaru dealers in North Carolina and found that Riverside Subaru offered me the best deal on a new Outback. Wayne (sales Rep) was very helpful and fully explained everything to me. There were no sneaky dealer fees either. All in all it was a great buying experience and I will definitely buy from them again.
It was a great experience buying here. Wayne (sales rep) was great to work with. They had a lot of inventory to pick from but I had my choice before visiting. No high pressure sales pitches.
I don’t have any complaints about the Subaru vehicle” It's a great vehicle. My complaint is with the Owner his Mgr. Bill, Dave Ethridge,fin.James Broyhill.I was lied to & treated wrongfully”& didn’t honor their arbitration agrmt. My facts equal the Truth!
