What Others Say

Lee Zarras has always been very cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Always ready to listen and help the visit to the service department go smooth and short as possible.

Lee Zarra in service has always been a pleasure to deal with! He’s very attentive and empathetic in his communication and customer service! Highly recommended to do business with!

Berman Infinity - the WORST SERVICE experience ever (they don't deserve 1 star - required to post). I have been trying to get my Infinity serviced since May 20. Had an appointment with a loaner (promised when I bought the car at Berman). Arrived at Berman and was told by Sam the service rep someone had given the loaner away. Promised to reschedule and call - no call. I called repeatedly over many weeks and left numerous voicemails - no response. Finally in July I tried the online text feature. Received a text from Lee who informed me they had no loaners for 2 weeks. Scheduled an appointment then told no loaner. I was told she would contact me - again weeks have passed and still no call. See copies of texts attached - texts speak for themselves - this is definitely a "buyer beware operation."

Buyer beware of this dealership and the QX80 2022. My car has been in the shop for 40 days. Dealer defers to Infiniti. Infiniti defers to dealer. I paid $90K to drive a loaner. I feel taken advantage of. I am out $90k while Berman GM refers me only to Infiniti corporate (who doesn’t reply to my calls or emails unless I badger them). Disappointing customer service. Better business bureau now involved. Multiple electrical issues: parking sensors go off when it rains, seatbelt sensors go off sporadically and at random, radio gets stuck on loud static noise, dashboard goes dark. Unsafe electrical issues. Annoying also. Still waiting for them to make it right.

After we had gone to several dealerships, we drove 3 hours to Berman Infiniti of Niles since they had an Infiniti with everything we wanted. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Howar Ruiz. He did an amazing job showing and explaining the different features offered on the Infiniti QX50. He was very knowledgeable and never once pressured us into anything. He made our decision to buy easier and a lot more enjoyable. After meeting with Howar, we were introduced to Mitch Vargas, the Finance Manager. Mitch was very professional with his presentation and very informative on additional options available to the buyers of new/used Infiniti. Mitch explained the different types of warranties, benefits, plus the cost of the different programs. We were very impressed with both Howar and Mitch. They were both very accommodating and we highly recommend buying a car from them.

The easiest and best buying experience we have had in years. Howar was awesome no pressure no surprises very upfront and honest. Financing was quick and easy Mitch was great. Wonderful buying experience highly recommend buying a car from them!
