Took a car in for a/c repair and brakes. I had to wait a week for an appointment. Another week went by before I was able to pick up the car. It turned out it needed a resistor. That was fixed but then the a/c blower motor suspiciously went out immediately. I returned the car right away and they kept the car a couple more days to replace the blower motor. When I went to pick it up the a/c immediately started making popping sounds so I never left the lot. It turned out a part was installed incorrectly. They reinstalled the part and the a/c was finally working properly after having the car for more nearly three weeks. On the drive home I applied the brakes and got a distinct burning brakes smell and the car pulled to the right. Needless to say we didn't take it back. It's at another shop now. I'd rather pay for them to fix it than let these amateurs have another go at it.

Hillsborough jeep added $5617 worth of "protection " to my deal. I called, drove over there to have this removed. They refused to return my calls. AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Had my 2018 ram 2500 from Oct 4th until Dec 6 for a ram warranty covered repair (new rear end) finally, after I had to call the cooperate office to get the part rushed, I got my truck back and guess what it's still not right. It still makes rubbing and clanking noises from the supposedly new rear end. I won't be going back and if you're smart you won't waste your time at Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
