Experience with the Salesman, Lucas Polanski, was outstanding, professional, & helpful. Experience with sales manager was questionable because he appeared to be easily frustrated & walked away talking, thus poor communication skills. He and the financial manager had a disagreement in front of us which made the buying decision & experience confusing & questionable at times. Lucas really made the deal. He was excellent.

You do have room for improvement not saying you’re bad but again you do have room for improvement.
