Great Experience at Porsche Ontario. Jose Rodela excellent person in the service department. Great communication from the dealership.

I have three vehicles that have been serviced by Porsche Ontario. This time it was my Porsche 911 Turbo S. The reason that I have all my Porsche cars serviced there is that the service department of Porsche Ontario is very reliable and the service advisors are always very helpful, especially mine, David Barron.

Received "Gold Star" treatment from Jose Martinez at Porsche Ontario, CA. Couldn't have asked to be paired up with a better sales person as we went through our purchase of a CPO 2021 Porsche Taycan 4S. Jose made everything feel effortless, and that we were being taken care of 110%. All while working with us from afar. We never hesitated or felt "alone" in our journey, Jose was there to make sure we had, and knew, everything we needed to. We had been shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Porsche Taycan for several months, working with various dealerships and sales teams throughout California. We narrowed down our choices to three vehicles, one of them was located at Porsche Ontario—about 450 miles away. Our inquiry was promptly answered by sales team member Primo Garcia. We explained our situation and the logistics involved in flying in to complete the sale. Primo was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. He even created an impressive video of the car and walked us through all of its features. The vehicle was placed on hold for us—without requiring a deposit and with no pressure. He worked with us to find a plan that met our needs, without any pressure to add unnecessary extras. This was our first Porsche, and based on our experience, we fully intend to purchase our next one from Porsche Ontario!
