My dream Porsche 911 became a reality thanks to Sean’s hard work. A few days later, I received my 911. It was everything that was promised and described. Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my 992 Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San Antonio couldn't help me till 4 months from now, he understood and worked me in immediately. James Purpura the Service Manager was equally outstanding in helping me on this warranty claim. Top notch people! Faced with a delivery foul-up (it's not the old Fed-Ex) Service Manager James Purpura performed a bit of magic and was able to accommodate my scheduled appointment. The waiting area at the dealership is very comfortable, all the staff were very friendly and focused on customer service.

From the moment we walked in, did our deal with Diego (so kind and helpful), to driving off the lot - we experienced incredible kindness and professionalism. The new facilities are beautiful and the staff is uniformly helpful. The reception and wait areas are loaded with good drinks, fresh pastries and traditional snacks.
