From the start of getting to the actual dealership, we were greeted and assisted very quickly we were given Q He served and provided a professional customer service He was able to help with all my questions and find me the best fit. To start, Joe was awesome. Super friendly, did his job trying to sell me the vehicle, but no pressure, and was super communicative and helpful in negotiating the final purchase price/trade-in. Josh was friendly, but made some kind of off-color remarks about whether or not I needed to involve my wife in the buying decision, which...just don't...I wasn't overtly offended, but It's not 1970 anymore, and that kind of talk just isn't necessary. The finance experience was fine overall, but I did have to wait for close to 30 mins to get into the finance room. I was waiting right next to the Finance team's desks, and it didn't seem like there was much else going on while I was waiting, (but they appeared to have plenty of time to chit chat amongst themselves) . I get it, but if you're gonna chit chat, maybe don't do it in line of sight of the customer. All in all a good car buying experience, and I'd buy from Alpine again.
They was so gentle with me and my wife, they explained everything and give options and advices for us to make the best decisions for the opportunities that I have
