I have been buying motorcycles my entire life. I never had an issue. I give Ridenow Chandler a solid D grade, D defined as "disingenuous, dishonest, and duplicitous". The way they manage contracts and try to insert hidden cost and fees -without prior disclosure - into the finance agreement is deplorable (Another D). Be warned. Even their "cash-out-the-door" process is suspect. If this was the last place on the planet to buy a motorcycle or UTV, I would never go there. Just don't!!!

I purchased a beautiful 2022 Honda trx520 fa7 deluxe on September 10, 2022 at RideNow Chandler. The sales manager told me that I had a lifetime battery and a free battery charger. I declined his pitch to purchase maintenance insurance. He kept pushing so I gave in to the cheaper one for $980.00. I am elderly so was getting very tired so wasn’t vigilant about the bill. I didn’t see the $399.00 charge for battery insurance until the next day. I ordered and paid for a winch with a remote control in their parts department. It’s been 3 months and several calls to them later and still no battery charger or remote for winch. I paid $15,575.81 for a 9,999.00 machine. Honda trx520 fa7 deluxe.
