The service experience was exceptional. Makaya demonstrated a high level of professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. She took the time to understand my specific needs in a vehicle and worked diligently to align options within my financial parameters.
Alex was very helpful and patient. He understood our problem and documented it in detail so service could check it out. I do have to say each employee we worked with, including the Service Manager was very pleasant and easy to work with.
