I am honestly shocked at how poorly I've been treated by the Genesis service center. They have had my car (across two separate occasions) for over 14 days for what should be two simple recall fixes. Initial estimates were that it would take two business days. They are constantly telling me it will be ready by a certain date, then, surprise surprise, it's going to be a couple more days. Over and over and over again. I know for a fact that these fixes do not take over two weeks, and Clearly they are pushing my car back in the queue again and again to work on higher value customers or vehicles for the sales team (something that was confirmed to me by a service manager). I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and honesty from this dealership.
