The people in the service department were excellent. A special shout out to Guary who helped me beyond. he diagnosed my problem in 3 hours and most importantly he treated me with courtesy in the old school format. He returned calls and was there with any questions I may have had.

My car was in for service. I waited 6weeks to get it back and my car is worse then it went in for. Left hoses off and clamps to I have coolant leaks all over my engine . It now has burning inside the intake manifold. Left gaskets unsealed. Please dnt buy from this dealership. Poor service. 2800.00 in the hole, and now I'm trading it in for a better car, more reliable customer service. Never again will I buy from Genesis.

We bought a used Genesis. Dealer did not disclose 2 recalls one for safety and also stated in writing they completed the CPO check and then tried to get us to pay over $2000 to have it certified. Complained to Genesis corporate and they did nothing. Do NOT buy from this dealer. Now initiating legal action.
