Took my car to get fixed and it sat for over a week and it was never looked at after telling me times they are looking at it. horrible place Do not recommend. Take to Bowie of Annapolis. They fixed my car on the day the schedule me to come in
From the sales person to the finance team are a mess. They underpaid the payoff of the Toyota highlander I traded in leaving my account still open with Toyota and interest was still accumulating. I went ahead and paid the remaining balance but the dealership refused to pay me back the difference. Everybody in this dealership has to go back to school to get trained. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone.
Great service from the salesman, Service team and especially from the Finance Team!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase the 2022 Genesis GV70.
