First of all, the service writer, Liz, is fantastic. She’s nice, knowledgeable and communicates. When I had a serious problem (caused, it turns out, by Genesis of Baton Rouge when they tried to fix the windshield washer pump last January) she scheduled me to have a Genesis loaner to drove while my car was fixed. She kept in touch constantly. When I had a question I would text her and she would respond within 15 minutes. I dropped by two days ago because some bubbles appeared under the leather on the dash. She said, “I’ll order you a new one.” and I got word today the new dashboard had arrived. The service guys are great. When I had a problem with the electronics, they worked until they figured out the problem. They had to replace the wiring harness, no small job. Aside from the dashboard bubbles, the car has been flawless ever since. All my service thus far has been under warranty.
