What Others Say

Ken was always helpful and responsive to our questions especially via text message making it easy

Ken Smiley is an excellent sales associate and he went above and beyond to assist me in delivering the vehicle from sales to delivery. I sincerely appreciate everyone assisting me in delivering the new GV80 car.

Genesis of Waipio provided the professional attentive quality care to meet the needs of the customer. Mahalo Nui!

Great valet pickup service. Car nicely washed and vacuumed after service. Kudos to Genesis Waipio.

Disappointed. I thought owning a Genesis would be a great experience, especially after owning a BMW, Infiniti and a Range Rover. I expected more for the price I paid and for the extended contract I purchased. This appointment alone leaves me hesitant to get another Genesis. The reasons why are as follows: 1 - the "rental" i received was not what I expected as an owner of a Genesis. Plus the fact that I had to go to another building, although on the same lot, and a different dealership, nissan to say the least, and pick up my "rental" car. I would expect that if I purchased a Genesis, I would have gotten a Genesis as a LOANER vehicle. 2 - Being the 2nd time I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, the first was to do the ceramic coating which was a way better experience that I expected and appreciated, I felt the counter service I received was lacking. This is because I was told late in the day that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but that they would be closing soon. I could pick up my car the next day, a Saturday, as they would be open from 730a. After returning the "rental" vehicle and walking to the Hyundai dealership where Genesis is located, I walked up to and waited in front of the Genesis service counter. After waiting at the counter for about 15 minutes because no one was there, although Hyundai had people at their service counters who saw me standing there, I made a call to Genesis service department and left a message that I was at the service counter waiting for someone to assist me with picking up my vehicle. Someone on the Hyundai side finally asked me if I needed any help. I let them know i was there to pick up my vehicle that was serviced but no one has come out to help me at the Genesis counter. I was then told Genesis service department is closed on the weekend, but if I was just picking up my vehicle that they could help me with that. So all in all, I really feel that Genesis needs to step up their game in the service department or lose customers. This is one customer who would, but am now stuck because I got the xxxx extended contract.

Wilber was extremely friendly and accommodating. Between him and the sales manager, John they had me financed and ready to drive out on the same afternoon that I gave the dealership a call to inquire about a GV70.
