What Others Say

My new car was having issues and I called them…They were able to get me in immediately and arrange a rental so I wouldn’t have to wait there while they ran diagnostics. Very friendly and helpful staff!

All in all it was good. But there wasn’t enough finance people around at the time. I waited a while but for the most part it was good.

I like thoroughness and good communication and that is found in Orem Toyota service department.

Great service and an enjoyable waiting area with great wifi. I waited for the service, and it was still enjoyable.

Definitely a mixed review, love that they're willing to work with me and use a service plan I bought for a vehicle that had been totaled, hate that they will say without failure that you need to have your air filters changed regardless of how recently you yourself have changed them. As well as throw in other items that are not necessary at the time, like my rear struts they said urgently needed attention and when I spoke with the service writer he said it's starting to leak a tiny bit but you probably won't notice anything. So it's hard to tell whether I can actually trust them or they're just trying to get another buck out of me.

Friendly salespeople. They wanted to offer me a 7 year extended warranty but my Toyotas usually don't start having problems until 10 years, so I didn't sign up. The reason I shop Toyota is because they are dependable. I started buying Toyotas when Larry Miller purchased the Utah Jazz, and I haven't had a major problem with them. Toyotas are a wonderful quality. The only problem I have had was when the service department didn't communicate to my son that he had an extended warranty. They should have checked their computers before giving him misinformation. I'm hoping they fix this problem.
