The lease on our 2021 Traverse was up. Jessie Leavitt helped us navigate the transfer from lease to ownership. We could not have asked for a better sales rep. Key Chevy is the best dealership we have ever done business with. Christal Spencer was also instrumental in our transition - securing financial figures & information for us as well as DMV transfer. They were both very patient with us when we chose to make a couple changes in our transaction. Both Jessie and Christal were friendly, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humor.

I I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Silverado from Key Chevrolet of White River. The sales staff and management wet above and beyond to get me the best interest rate and trade in price. This was beyond my expectations and never had a dealer treat me with such respect and go the extra distance. Last Tuesday as I was leaving work my tire sensor gauge came up saying my rear tire was low. I stopped at the local tire place (it was 3:50 PM) and they were closing up. I called Key and spoke with George who said to come on over and they would fit me in. I got there at 4:30pm after waited for my husband to put more air in before heading over to White River Chevrolet. They not only patched the tire but made sure to patch it from the inside. From the time I arrived, I interacted with 4 different guys, each and every one of them were friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience…..no charge. I am a customer of theirs.
