Was supposed to go in today and sign the papers for my 2013 Genesis Coupe, but was informed this morning that Branco had sold it right out from underneath me. Text messages to prove validity.

Very solid sales experience. They had clean cars, were straightforward to work with, and generally no-nonsense.
The only reason I’m giving a one star, is your staff did “try” and help. I bought a car from you and within the drive home the check engine light comes on. You took it in to “fix” the issues, but all I saw were invoices for tests, but no actual parts. What was fixed besides clearing the check engine light on the ECM? My car still has the check engine light on and now I’m having to pay even more money. This is not right and needs to be taken care of, I traded in a perfectly good vehicle, got far less than the value, and was given a broken vehicle that I have a hard time believing your company was unaware of. Will be reviewing my options.
Getting my S5 cabriolet was an amazing experience. Very professional and helpful in making it happen quickly.
