Horrible to deal with, my recently purchased vehicle is missing an advertised feature and needs a new key and getting them to correct it has been like pulling teeth. I have to call for every update and it has been two weeks and they haven't reached out to me unless I call. Still no gameplan or clear path forward. Save yourself the headache and go to a real dealer.
I was very satisfied with my service and it was done in a timely manner! Camey very informed and professional.
Tyler Culver was very nice and helpful with the purchasing process he made buying a vehicle quick and very understandable.I would recommend Carmax to anyone.
It was a good experience even though the tires were a little warn and should have been replaced with 30k miles on them.
Quick & easy! Best of all, they didn’t make me feel dumb like other places did. My salesman was super nice and very easy to work with. Being able to do almost everything online was the best part for me.
This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Tupelo CarMax . No issues with the first two , but the third one was not good .paid to have the car shipped . Test drove the car and smelled brakes burning, so I said I wanted it checked . Salesperson promised they would call with an update the next day and never did , I had to call at 7pm and was told one of the techs had called in sick and the other one didnt have time to check it . I accept the answer , but poor customer service for not calling. The next day I get a text that the technician did not find any problems . I told the salesperson that answer was not acceptable , the salesperson smelled the burning brakes smell that night also . The car had brand new tires so I asked if maybe it was just new brake pads . The salesperson called a few minutes later and said the manager pulled the service records and yes new brakes . I said ok and came and drove the car again and didn’t smell anything . I purchased the car and took it to a reputable third party mechanic I have used for 20 years after my daughter said she smelled the brakes again . The mechanic said the rear calipers were sticking and that both rear brake pads were about 2/3 worn. I paid another 1000 for the new brakes and a transmission flush . Technically it would be covered under CarMax 30 day warranty , but I no longer trust them to fix the car after I was lied to .
