The overall face to face customer service was good. However, the attention to detail wasn't the best. The EV I was purchasing wasn't charged- and it was an inconvenience to wait (2 days) for a the vehicle to charge before the sale was complete.

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from CarMax. Not only was the vehicle delivered with noticeable scratches on the rear bumper, but I also discovered that there was an attempt to hide them with temporary paint, which washed off after the first wash. Furthermore, the car was not washed or detailed, leaving dirt and mud inside. This was completely dishonest and unprofessional
