Had a recall that needed fixed on an RV and they said they couldn't look at it for at least 2 months. I think it would be easier if they just said didn't bother them..2 months for a safety recall seems absurd..

The staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. CarStars is one of the very few dealerships I will be buying from again. I am still very impressed! Thank you, Jenn and everyone at CarStars!

Went to a bigger dealership this morning and they tried to take advantage of me. Went to carstars in olympia and they did not have what I was looking for but Mike there was patient and awesome! He sent us to Jen in Aberdeen and she got me in a car that I am totally happy with. She also worked her hardest to get me a price, interest rate, and monthly payment I am comfortable with. She was so friendly and an amazing woman to work with even staying late to get the deal to go through. Thank you so much carstars and thank you Jen you are amazing!!!

To Aaron Glaser Sales Associates I have just talked to him and the sales deal with done even discount $999 to $150 off, and I texted him my driver license and told him my social security no on the phone. I just was waiting next day for the bills of my car sales, he said "the car just sold" This is so unethical. I do not know what to say to him or this company.

From the initial contact to the signing of papers Carstars went out of their way to provide great customer service. They did not just sit around, they even came to my home to pick me up to make the deal. I bought a truck from these guys and about a month after I got it it started having transmission problems and throwing all kinds of codes. I bought a warranty and took it to a mechanic who told me that the transfer case was completely blown out and had this problem for years. The guys at the dealership told me they had the truck checked out by a mechanic, they lied. I do not recommend this dealership.
