Scott Bateman is one of the best Service Associates I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is professional, has excellent communication skills, and made me feel that it was important to him that my car was repaired with as little disruption to me as possible. He went "above and beyond." Mercedes Benz of Orange County is lucky to have him representing their dealership. I will always ask for Scott when I need to bring my car in for service.

The Dealership was clean. I was met with prompt service for my appointed time. I was disappointed to see that my wipers were not changed during the service like they were supposed to. I didn't realize it until I got all the way home.
