First off, they matched the offer I got from Car Gurus on my trade-in and treated me with respect. To top this, I got a giant crack (7 inches) in my windshield just 5 days after buying my vehicle and they fully REIMBURSED ME for the cost of that repair I paid to Safelite in Ohio. It was certainly worth the 2hr drive I initially took from Ohio to do business with them.
