My contact at VINS DC was David and he was professional and courteous. I did not buy from VINS DC because I wasn't in the market for a vehicle with a buy-back title. He did try to make the case that over time, the diminished value today would be lessened over time but my own research looking at vehicles with buy back titles shows the loss is simply carried down with the expected depreciation, so it keeps further reducing the value of those cars.
