I have been buying ad selling cars since I was 18. Dealing with Alan, Chris and Randal was one of the easiest, fastest and professional experiences that I have had purchasing a new vehicle. The three of them are great assets to the dealership.

My experience working with Carlos on my vehicle purchase was consistently poor. Communication was minimal, and I was left without clear updates on the process. The process took almost a week I did not know what was going on from day to day. When discussing delivery of the car I informed him in advance that I am a nurse and Friday was the only day I could be available to receive the car. Despite that, he arranged delivery for Thursday and notified me at the last minute that I needed to find a notary while I was in the operating room and unable to leave a patient. Carlos did not listen to anything said, I 100% feel if I were a man none of this would have happened. The vehicle—a 2025 Toyota Crown—arrived with chips in the windshield and was dirty inside. There was hair all over the back seat. If I had been at the dealership, the car would never have been presented to a customer in that condition. I refused to sign for the vehicle due to the windshield damage. Chris and Jim stepped in, addressed the situation immediately, and resolved everything professionally. They went above and beyond to correct issues that should not have happened in the first place..

This purchase experience was the best I’ve had in my sixty years of breathing. Alan was by far the best sales rep I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The whole process was insanely easy.
