We were looking online for a new vehicle and came across one at Scranton Chevy. Kahliyah was the one who helped us. She greeted us with a big smile and bubbly personality. Unfortunately the vehicle we looked at didn't work out for us, and we had to wait a little while to look again. Kahliyah checked in on us, and let us know when we were ready, she would be there to help us out. A few weeks later we went back to look at another vehicle. That one ended up selling, and we were about to say forget it. Kahliyah didn't give up on is, and showed us another vehicle in a different color. My husband decided we would test drive it, and he actually liked this truck the best out of all 3 we looked at. Kahliyah got the ball rolling for us, to make sure we got into this vehicle. She didn't pressure us or give up on us, which was awesome. We also worked with Kamila for the financing, and she made the transaction a smooth one. Although this is a second expensive repair in 3 months, I am pleased with the service Scranton delivered. Jordan, my advisor, was very understanding and stayed in touch the whole time. The mechanic team tested and retested my Buick to be sure it was performing fully. They discovered a failing part on the last test which turned out to be covered by my GM warranty. That made me very happy!
