Outstanding service. These guys have been looking after my,2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali well and helping me take care of it without constantly trying to sell me unnecessary services. I will continue to use them to keep my vehicle on the road.

I would recommend Jones Buick for the sales service I received. I test drove my car at another dealership and then called Jones Buick. They offered the better price and delivered my car at my home. It wasn't the same model, so they switched it out the very next day. Ryan was outstanding. He gave me a lesson on the features of the car and was so professional.

They had a 2500hd truck I wished to get some info on and Andrea quickly answered all of my questions about the truck. It wasn't at the dealership yet but was on its way from the manufacturer. Long story short, we worked out the deal over the phone, including the value of my trade-in, and I decided to purchase the truck. The entire deal was done over the phone including the financing. When I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was go into Brady's office (finance), sign the contract, give them my down payment and trade-in and was on my way. Eric the sales manager even had one of their employees give me a ride to the airport 45 miles away. I've purchased many vehicles in my years and this was, by far, the easiest and most seamless purchase I have ever done. I would gladly do business with this dealership in the future.

I was so impressed with Joe Aguirre. Knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly Honest. He has spoiled me for any other salesman/dealership. I would highly recommend him and his finance team. The best experience in 30 years of buying cars!!!
